So, now that you have read some of the do's and don'ts of meal planning (in the newsletter; see above to sign up for future newsletters), it is time to talk about everyone's favorite topic - what to make (i.e. the FOOD!). The nice thing is you can meal prep basically anything you love to eat, that follows your healthy eating plan, diet restrictions/allergies/preferences, etc.
Here are some links that provide many great, whole food recipes specifically for meal prepping:

20 different themed meal nights (salad, sandwich, chicken, steak, pasta, stir-fry, rice, vegetarian, etc).

Refer to the helpful chart called Frozen Food Recommended Storage Times if you want to freeze any of the above.
Just remember to start gradual by focusing on one meal or snack a week and increasing from there. Happy Meal Prepping!
