Easy One Pan Meals

Eating Real Food can take a lot of time in the kitchen so I am in love with One Pan Meals! Choose a meat and cut up some veggies, stick it in the oven for a specified time, and dinner is served! My favorites are the first two recipes listed below but, the possibilities are endless!* 

One-Pan Roasted Chicken with Carrots

*Health tip (just my two cents): I recommend using a high heat oil such as avocado oil, high heat sunflower oil or ghee (if you can tolerate dairy). I also recommend using parchment paper or a silicone liner to line any aluminum pan (research is showing more and more how aluminum can be tied to health issues such as Alzheimer’s).
